Community Service Recital Guidelines & Instructions

Community Service Recitals for Senior Citizens: all ages and instruments welcome!

Community Service Recitals begin at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM; plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early.

Dressy apparel is encouraged: no jeans, T-shirts, flip-flops, tank tops etc.

Family and friends must stay for the entire recital to be fair to the students performing near the end.

Time limit for all pieces is 3 minutes.

Registration is first-come, first-served, with room for a maximum of 15 students.

Maximum of three (3) students per teacher.

Music should be memorized, and beginners should perform 'hands-together' (not one-hand-at-a-time) pieces.

Fee is $5 per performer | $10 per duet team
Parking Information for Community Service Recitals at Freedom Village (Lake Forest)
Freedom Village is located at 23442 El Toro Road, near the intersection of El Toro and Cornelius. You may park on Cornelius or in the shopping center across the street and walk to the main entrance on Cornelius. Note that this is an upscale retirement community and many audience members will come from its various living areas.
